Pioneer Road, Draper, UT Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Big Willow Creek Phase 10 Plat Amendment, Site Plan, and Sidewalk Deviation request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 11491 S. Engelmann South. The purpose of the request is to create a development with 55 townhomes. The hearing will be held on May 9, 2024, at 6:30 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the Council Chambers. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Draper City Website; Draperutah.gov, and at Draper City Hall.
