Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on changes to Title 10.16 Off Street Parking Code, more specifically 'Section 10.16.5 Parking Standards and Required Maintenance for Parking Lots, Areas, and Accesses' to: 1. Require both a drive path for a drive through lane, and a contiguous drive aisle when a drive through is proposed for available egress/ingress to drive through lane. 2.
