2. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROJECT AREA PLAN AND BUDGET AS THE OFFICIAL PLAN AND BUDGET FOR THE PINYON CREEK SOLAR COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA AND SUBMITTING THE PLAN TO THE COUNTY COMMISSION

APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF THE PINYON CREEK SOLAR COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN UTAH COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY, i) UTAH COUNTY, ii) UTAH COUNTY SERVICE AREAS 6, 7, 8, AND 9, iii) NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND iv) CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, FOR THE DIVERSION OF PROPERTY TAXES FOR A COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA
