IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION & COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, May 13, 2024 at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah. The hearings are to receive public comment on proposed revisions and amendments to the Iron County Land Use Code - Ordinance 2024-3 'Amending Sections 17.42.040 - Amending criteria for approving development agreements.' Considerations to amend Iron County land use codes to provide greater discretion in approving development agreements in accordance with Utah State Code. All interested persons are invited to attend.
