Committee member reports. 3.a Training: Open & Public Meetings Act by Spencer DuShane and Laura Oscarson 3.b Discussion: Repairs needed at the Andy Ballard Arena, priority given to items needed for the upcoming rodeo. 4. Adjournment I, the City Recorder of Draper City, certify that copies of this agenda for the Draper Special Event Arena Committee meeting to be held April 24, 2024, were posted at Draper City Hall, Draper City website www.draperutah.gov, and the Utah Public Notice website at www.utah.gov/pmn.
