DRAPER CITY CORPORATION ENGINEERING DIVISION 1020 EAST PIONEER ROAD DRAPER, UTAH 84020 TELEPHONE: (801) 576-6546 FACSIMILE: (801) 576- 6388 www.draper.ut.us APRIL 22nd, 2024 REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE 11400 SOUTH OVERLAY PROJECT (STATE STREET TO 700 EAST) The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform an asphalt overlay on 11400 South from approximately State Street to 700 East as described in the project plans and specifications. Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) on or before MONDAY, APRIL 29TH, 2024 at 2:00 PM. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 14TH, 2024. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P before 5:00 PM on Monday, May 13TH, 2024. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
