- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Health Regulations #6 and #9 The Salt Lake County Board of Health has proposed two new health regulations: Health Regulation #6: Microenterprise Home Kitchen Health Regulation #9: Agritourism Food Establishment The public comment period will end on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Copies of the proposed regulations are available below or during normal business hours at the following locations: Salt Lake County Health Department Environmental Health Division 788 East Woodoak Lane Murray, Utah 84107 Salt Lake County Health Department Executive Director's Office 2001 South State Street, Suite 2-600 Salt Lake City, Utah 84190 Written comments are preferred and will be accepted if received by 5:00 p.m. on May 21, 2024. Submit written comments to HealthEH@slco.org. The public hearing will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Salt Lake County Health Department Environmental Health Division 788 East Woodoak Lane Murray, Utah 84107 We reserve the right to close the hearing at 5:30 p.m. if all present have had the opportunity to offer public comment.
