NOTICE OF A REGULAR ARCH COMMISSION MEETING April 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard ARCH Commission will hold a regularly scheduled ARCH Commission meeting on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CONSENT ITEMS 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1. ARCH Grant Policy Manual and Application 4. STAFF, COMMISSION, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS 4.1. Event Manager Anna Nelson Staff Report 4.2. Parks and Recreation Direction Brian Vawdrey Staff Report 5. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS 5.1. Review of Bike Month and Updates to Vineyard Days 6. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is on May 16th. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically. The Public is invited to participate in all ARCH Commission meetings.
