Purpose: Public Hearing to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the proposed Storm Drain Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Storm Drain Impact Fee Analysis and Ordinance

All persons interested will be heard at the above time and places, may submit their views electronically via email to City Recorder Kari D. Jimenez at kjimenez@ivinsutah.gov or may submit their views in writing to the Ivins City Council. Copies of the Storm Drain Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Storm Drain Impact Fee Analysis and corresponding Ordinance will be available for public review at Ivins City Hall upon request by contacting Chuck Gillette at 435-628-0606 ext. 722 or via email to cgillette@ivinsutah.gov
