IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, May 2, 2024 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the proposed Storm Drain Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Storm Drain Impact Fee Analysis and Ordinance Contact: Public Works Director/City Engineer Chuck Gillette, 435-628-0606 ext. 722 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and places, may submit their views electronically via email to City Recorder Kari D. Jimenez at kjimenez@ivinsutah.gov or may submit their views in writing to the Ivins City Council. Copies of the Storm Drain Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Storm Drain Impact Fee Analysis and corresponding Ordinance will be available for public review at Ivins City Hall upon request by contacting Chuck Gillette at 435-628-0606 ext. 722 or via email to cgillette@ivinsutah.gov In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari D. Jimenez at Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, 84738 or by calling 435-628-0606 ext. 705, at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended. Kari D. Jimenez, MMC City Recorder
