IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE IN-HOUSE AND/OR CONTRACT WITH A CONSULTANT TO PREPARE MASTER PLAN/IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR STORM DRAIN IMPACT FEES Pursuant to Utah Code Section 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, this Notice is hereby given that Ivins City intends to prepare in-house and/or contract to prepare Master Plans/Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for Storm Drain Impact Fees according to the requirements of the State of Utah.
