The agenda is as follows: 1.Welcome 2.Roll Call 3.Opening Ceremony 4.Approval of the agenda 5.Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6.Presentation of bills for approval 7.At 6:05 p.m. continued discussion with Clair Holibaugh concerning the required improvements for his proposed subdivision located on the Northeast corner of the intersection of 400 North 100 East 8. At 6:30 p.m. conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider adopting a code amendment setting the traffic speed at 25 miles per hour if the said street is not posted. 9. Review for approval the Final Plat for the Baldwin Subdivision (1 additional building lot) on property at 141 East 200 South 10.Continued discussion and a decision on a potential water line on 1600 South from Aspen Way to Center Street 11.Discuss and approve the course of action on improvements needed at the sewer lagoons for the dyke and the improvements needed for the poo-gloos 12.
