Notice of Adoption of Ordinance and Resolution Milford City Council adopted the following ordinance and resolution in a regularly scheduled meeting held April 16, 2024: o Ordinance 8-2024 'Storage and Cleaning of Hauled Waste Equipment Prohibited' This ordinance establishes a policy for storage of cleaning of hauled waste equipment to protect the safety and health of our community. Adoption of this ordinance creates Milford City Code Title 7.01.150 Storage and Cleaning of Hauled Waste Equipment Prohibited which can be viewed by visiting www.milfordcityutah.com/ordinances. Full copies of the ordinance can be viewed by clicking on the ordinance number in the title history of the respective title section. o Resolution 4-2024 'Defining the Merit Raises in the Milford City Salary Scale' This resolution offers merit raises to employees who have completed the 10-steps that were set in the salary scale adopted with Resolution 13-2016 and declares that performance evaluations will be used to promote communication and growth.
