- NOTICE OF OGDEN PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden, Utah to consider the following: Zone Change at 605 and 685 Rear N. Jackson Avenue from R-1-6 (single family residential - 6,000 sq.ft. min. lot size) to R-1-5 (single family residential - 5,000 sq. ft. min. lot size). The proposals may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or on the city's website planningnotices.ogdencity.com. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposals may speak at the hearing. This meeting will also be held electronically.
