Description/Agenda: Public Notice Heber City Ordinance Adoption During the Regular City Council Meeting of April 16, 2024, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Number 2024-09 approving a development agreement for the Schoolhouse Academy. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Cheatwood, Johnston, Ostergaard, and Phillips. Voting No: none. The motion passed unanimously 5-0.
