PAYSON CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT PUBLIC NOTICE-Lost or Mislaid Property Payson City Police Department is currently in possession of unclaimed property held in excess of 90 days, for which ownership is undetermined or we have not been able to contact the owner. This was found property where the owner is unknown. The property for which this notice is filed consists of: ITEM # ITEM DESCRIPTION 138843 Green Slumber Jack backpack with used personal item inside. 141984 Rolling blue suitcase & a black Reebok backpack. 130382 Large garbage bag of misc personal items and knitted blanket. 138842 Gray synthetic zippered backpack with used misc. clothing. 139053 Used, empty black zippered backpack. 137627 Blue wheeled suitcase with used personal items. 141985 Multiple garbage bags of used clothing and personal items. 141986 Sledge hammer, Hatchet and Axe. 141988 Rad Power Radrover Plus Electric pedal bike. Pursuant to Title 77-11d-105, if the above-described property is not claimed within 9 days of this notice, it will be returned to the finder of the property, sold at public auction, donated, or destroyed. The owner may obtain the property only by making identification of his/herself and of the property.
