Description/Agenda: Uintah Mosquito Abatement District (UMAD) is soliciting request for proposals (RFP) from qualified and licensed contractors for the purpose of providing Granular Aerial Larviciding services for the control of mosquito larvae within the boundaries of the district located in Uintah County. Deadline for RFP's is Thursday April 25, 2024 at 4:00 pm. All RFP's are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the district office by mail or hand delivered.
