Description/Agenda: The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing Thursday, May 2nd, 2024, scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St. in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned by Avenue Consultants parcel # 29.005.0056 and located at approximately 2424 North 800 West in Genola. Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at the May 15th, 2024, Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will also be held at the Genola Public Safety Building at 455 N Main St. in Genola. /c/ Lucinda Thomas Genola Town Clerk Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, townofgenola.org and at the city office on or before April 16, 2024.
