- Manti City has scheduled a public hearing on May 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Manti City Building, 50 South Main Street, to take public comment concerning the proposed establishment of an impact fee for new electrical services. The impact fee study recommends a tiered impact fee structure, based on kilowatt impact of new development to the Manti City electrical system. Dated this 16th day of April 2024. In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) individuals needing special accommodations or interpretive services during this meeting should contact the city office at 435-835-2401 at least (3) working days prior to the meeting.
