- AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a regular board meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2024, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. ____________________________________________________________________________ Invocation: Public Comment: (No action will be taken on items discussed at this time - 2 minute time limit. (1) Review minutes of March 21, 2024 board meeting, for approval. (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting. (a) Rate Study update in progress. (b) 2012 Chevy truck sold. (3) Items for board discussion and consideration for approval: (a) Review previous month billing adjustments for approval. (4) Discussion for consideration and approval of April 2024 bills. (5) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: (b) Ongoing Projects: - Discussion on projects for 2024. - Manhole on Breeze. - Roads to upper reservoirs. - Updates on Cedar Cove sewer lift station. (c) Review Revenue and Expense Statement vs. Budget for: March/2024. - Review Bank Statements for previous month. (d) Employee/HR Matters: (e) Public Relations: (6) Possible Closed Meeting: (a) Pending or Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues.
