- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on March 26, 2024, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2024-03-11 which approved the vacation of a portion of a public utility easement at 499 West 1040 North. The ordinance was recorded in the office of the Utah County Recorder on April 10, 2024.
