Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the District Office at 8021 Brighton Loop Road, (Above the Brighton Store), Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q4 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held January 18, 2024. 2. Review Q1 2024 Financial Statements. 3. CID Cost per Thousand Increase for Processing Fees. 4. Usage model: ERU Assessment for Solitude Ski Sports Sprung Bldg. and Bathroom Facilities. 5. Municipal Wastewater Planning Program Annual Review 2023/24. 6. Correspondence Review 7. Greens Basin Freeze Update 8. Discussion: Establish Office Manager Position 9. Other Business. 10.
