Description/Agenda: PLAIN CITY HEARING OFFICER NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer of Plain City will hold a Hearing on Thursday, the 2nd day of May, 2024 at Plain City Offices 4160 West 2200 North which meeting shall begin promptly at 9:00am. The purpose of said hearing shall be to hear and determine whether a variance can be granted for the following: PETITIONERS MIKE AND CHRIS ERHART ARE REQUESTING A VARIANCE AT 4264 W 2475 N FOR A METAL CARPORT. APPLICANT REQUEST TO BUILD CARPORT IN SIDE YARD, WOULD LIKE TO REDUCE FROM CODE OF 10 FEET TO 3 1/2 FEET SIDE YARD SETBACK. CODE 10-5A-4: 10 FEET, EXCEPT 1 FOOT IF LOCATED AT LEAST 6 FEET IN REAR OF MAIN BUILDING. The undersigned hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice was posted at the Plain City Hall, Plain City website www.plaincityutah.org and the Utah Public Notice Website at www.utah.gov/pmn on April 15, 2024 If you are not able to attend, you may send written comments concerning this issue to the city office prior to the meeting.
