Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, 16 April 2024, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N. State Street The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Review and approve minutes of committee meeting held on 19 March 2024. 4. Petitions and Communications: - Connie Lamb, building permit review for patio construction at 215 North State. - Corey Walker, building permit review for porch and deck construction at 255 South State Street. - Mike Tripp, building permit review for home construction at 120 East Center Street. - Michael Dyches, building permit review for home construction at 175 East 100 North. - Carol Eastman, building permit review for home construction at 100 West 200 South. 5. Business: - Schedule committee work meeting for implementation of General Plan Public Survey. - Follow-up on meeting with Hansen Planning Group concerning update of Town Ordinance. 6.
