Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of April 11, 2024, passed the following ordinance(s):
1. Ordinance No. 2024 -07: An ordinance concerning the use of billboards within Parowan City limits; providing a definition of 'billboards' and prohibiting the use of billboards within the corporate limits of Parowan City.
Said Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage and posting.
A copy of said ordinance may be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah.
CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted this 15th day of April, 2024.
