AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE
I, Tracy Hansen, the duly appointed City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its April 2, 2024, meeting adopted the following:
ORDINANCE 2024-7: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE OGDEN MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 1-5-4 TO AMEND PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO A CITY FLAG; AND BY PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING AFTER FINAL PASSAGE.
Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard #210 during regular business hours.
