IVINS CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA April 18, 2024 Mayor Chris Hart City Council Members Lance Anderson Sharon Barton Sharon Gillespie Mike Scott Kevin Smith City Manager Dale Coulam The Ivins City Council will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person. You may listen to the live audio feed by going to www.ivinsutah.gov under 'Upcoming Events'. When the meeting is live, it will reflect 'In Progress' - click on the 'In Progress' link to listen to the meeting live. Planning Commission Report 3) CITIZEN COMMENT & REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Any person wishing to bring an item not otherwise on the Agenda to the attention of the Mayor and City Council may address the City Council at this point by stepping to the microphone and giving his or her name and address for the record. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2024-08, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, amending the Zoning Ordinance regarding RV Resort Boundary Walls C. Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation regarding amending the Subdivision Ordinance D. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2024-07, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, amending the Subdivision Ordinance E. Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendations on proposed revisions to the Goals and Strategies Section of Ivins City's Moderate-Income Housing Plan F. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2024-09, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, adopting revisions to the Goals and Strategies Section of Ivins City's Moderate Income Housing Plan 5) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2024-03R, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, appointing a Planning Commission Member B. Discuss and consider approval of a Second Amended Development Agreement with Rocky Vista University C. Continued discussion regarding updating the General Plan 6) CONSENT AGENDA A.
