Public hearing and consideration of Mammoth Holdings request for approval of the Wiggy Wash Concept Plan located at 26 South 2300 West, requesting exceptions to the Development Code. Public hearing and consideration of Cisco Montes' request for conditional use approval of the Baur Companies Towing and Impound Yards located at approximately 4651 North Digital Drive in the Light Industrial zone. Public hearing and consideration of DHI Communities request for approval of the Ascend at Skye concept plan including 302 apartment units located at approximately Center Street and Aberdeen Way requesting a substitution of amenities. Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's request for review of the Skye West Side Grading adding an additional 120 acres. Public Hearing and consideration of Ivory Innovation's request for approval of a plat amendment and revised architectural elevations to the Innovation Park Phase 1 subdivision located at approximately 2700 North Redwood Road.
