- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at the St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. Approval of an Ordinance vacating a portion of an existing public utility easement located at the westerly lot line of Lot 1, Morwood Subdivision. 2. Approval of an Ordinance vacating a portion of an existing municipal utility easement located between Lots 13 & 14, Banded Ridge Subdivision. 3. Approval of an Ordinance vacating a portion of an existing flood control easement located at the rear of Lots 33 & 34, River Bend Estates at Sunbrook.
