PUBLIC NOTICE OF VACANCY - TOWN COUNCIL
Public Notice is hereby given that Robin Whitmore has officially resigned his Town Council seat. Therefore, the Apple Valley Town Council is calling for applications. The term for this seat will end on January 5, 2026. Interested individuals must submit their resume, application, and letter of intent to the Town Office 1777 N. Meadowlark Dr. Apple Valley, Utah 84737 by mail or hand delivery. You may also email them to the Town Clerk at clerk@applevalleyut.gov. You may request a copy of the Application by emailing clerk@applevalleyut.gov and it will be posted on the town's website applevalleyut.gov on the Town Council page. The deadline for submission is the 15th day of April, 2024 by 3:00 p.m. The meeting to fill this position will be held during a Town Council meeting on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 at 6:00 PM. Applicants must appear at this meeting to be considered.
Interested individuals must be qualified and validated by the Town Clerk.
Qualifications are:
You must be a US citizen.
You must be a registered voter of the Town of Apple Valley.
You must be a resident of the Town of Apple Valley for a minimum of 12 months.
