Downtrend in calls - but expected to reverse and meet or exceed 2023 b. Don't have to respond to a call out of Dammeron? 'you know I have to respond' c. Need 25 new radios for compliance 1 Sept 2024, at present only 8 in hand d. Unexpected $18K expense to repair blown high pressure pump on truck e. 29 Red Cards issued today f.
