Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 24-07 Notice is hereby given that on April 4, 2024, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 24-07, amending City Code Title VII Traffic Code, Chapter 73, Recreational Vehicles; Title IX General Regulations, Chapter 90, Animals; Title XI, Business Regulations, Chapter 116, Solicitations and Sales; and Title XV, Land Usage, Chapter 156, Zoning pertaining to penalties for criminal offenses. The Ordinance took effect on April 4, 2024. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.gov.
