Amalga Planning and Zoning Minutes April 3, 2024 7:00 PM 6590 North 2400 West Amalga, Utah Visitors: Mayor Dave Wood Members: Jason Munk, Acting Chair. Mike Diehl, Judy Downs, April Hansen, Kelly Noble, Commission Members. Dave Lee, Acting Secretary/Town Board 1. Minutes of March 6, 2024, read by Mike Diehl. Motion to Approve-Kelly Noble Second-Judy Downs Motion Carried 2. The P&Z Commission decided to hold a Community Workshop on Monday, April 22, or Monday, April 29, 2024, at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall to discuss issues in regards to violations of the Town Code. Jason Munk will lead the discussion. A letter prepared by Judy Downs and April Hansen will be included in the April water bill announcing and encouraging attendance. If water bills can be received before the 22nd, that would be the preferred date. Motion to Adjourn-Judy Second-Kelly Noble Motion Carried Meeting Adjourned at 8:00 PM *MINUTES ARE NOT OFFICIAL UNTIL APPROVED*
