Welcome- Commissioner Harvey B. Pledge of Allegiance- Stacy Skeen C. Invocation- Commissioner Froerer D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Bolos E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes)- F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #101516-101572, #483340- 483440 and #348-350 in the amount of $1,050,829.32. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $252,199.46. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of minutes for the meetings held on March 26 and April 2, 2024. 5. Request for approval of new business licenses. 6. Request for approval of a Service Agreement with Kleinfelder for greenhouse gas reporting services for the Weber County Landfill and Transfer Station. 7. Request for approval of a facility rental agreement with Weber County and Utah Department of Corrections. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval to create a bank account at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. per 'Weber County Policy 2-900 Bank Accounts' for the express purpose of accepting donations of stock for the Weber Community Foundation. Presenter: John Bond 2. Request for approval of a Resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing board members to the Ogden Valley Recreation/Transmission Special Service District. Request for approval of an Inter-local Cooperation Agreement between Weber County and Huntsville Town relating to the delivery of municipal solid waste to the Weber County Transfer Station. Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 4. Request for approval of a Letter of Concurrence and Match Agreement by and between Weber County and Wasatch Front Regional Council for assistance through transportation and land use connection.
