COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FIRELY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-10 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2024 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095

A. Call to Order
B. Preliminary Action Items
1. Consider combined board meeting for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10.
C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the Firefly Public Infrastructure District No. 1 board meeting held on March 6, 2024.
D. Public Hearings
1. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for the calendar year of 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
E. Action Items
1. Approve and ratify the minor amendment to the Funding and Reimbursement Agreement (Administrative) between the District and DAI, Inc.
2. Consider approval of the Special Districts Preparation Statement of Work and the Special Districts Master Services Agreement between the District and Clifton Larson Allen LLP, and authorizing the District Chair to sign.
3. Consider approval of the Proposal for District Engineering and Cost Certification Services between the District and Ranger Engineering, and authorizing the District Chair to sign.
4. Consider engaging Blackwood Advisors, LLC for administration and consulting services for the District as outlined in the Statement of Qualifications, dated March 28, 2024.
5. Consider adopting Resolution 2024-05: A resolution authorizing the execution of a First Amendment to Assessment Ordinance for the Firefly Assessment Area No. 1; approving an updated Appraisal for the Firefly Assessment Area No. 1; and related matters.
6. Consider adopting Resolution 2024-06: A resolution determining the Maximum Mill Levy for the District.
