- IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Meeting Date: Planning Commission and City Council Meetings Planning Commission: Tuesday, April 16, 2024 City Council: Thursday, April 18, 2024 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearings to consider amending Ivins City Code section 16.17.204(8) of the Zoning Ordinance regarding boundary wall requirements for RV Resorts Applicant/Owner: Ivins City Contact: City Manager/Attorney Dale Coulam, 435-628-0606 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and places, may submit their views electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivinsutah.gov for the Planning Commission meeting and City Recorder Kari Jimenez at kjimenez@ivinsutah.gov for the City Council meeting, or in writing to the Ivins City Planning Commission and the Ivins City Council, prior to the meetings. Ivins City Code is available on Ivins website www.ivinsutah.gov under the Government tab. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari Jimenez and/or Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
