- Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold a public hearing or meeting in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of reviewing the following items: Public Meeting: - A petition to the Planning Commission to approve a Design Review application for the proposed expansion of the Mark Miller Subaru dealership, located at 3535 South State Street. The applicant is Katmark Partners, LLC / Mark Miller Subaru. - An application for a final two-lot Subdivision Plat, in order to construct and operate an industrial park, located at 800 West 3300 South. The applicant is Dakota Pacific. Public Hearing: - A petition to the Planning Commission for a recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council, for an ordinance amending Sections 17.05 and 17.10 to clarify certain Conditional Use Permit standards and to amend certain Subdivision and Platting standards.
