Description/Agenda: Whereas the following Lot holders have not been used portions of the lots for burial for more than 60 years, and has not provided written notice of claim or interest, the Willard Precinct Cemetery district posts the following Notice of Lot Abandonment. Willard Precinct Cemetery Maint. District, herein declares notice of intent to certify burial rights abandoned for the following individuals: Napolian Dial, Alice O Miller, Asael Thorn, Ulrich Stauffer, Alma and Roland Toombs, John Dial, John L Edwards, Marshall Allen, Charles Merrell and Merrell Bros., Uriah Farrel Wood and Agnes Laney Wood. Please provide written notice of claim or interest in the lots or parcels to Karla Parsons, Board Chairperson, at kjnparsons@hotmail.com, prior to April 25, 2024.
