The Administrative Interpretation is related to outdoor storage that does not comply with zoning standards for that use. Craig Smith of Smith Hartvigsen, PLLC, representing Preserve Our Avenues Zoning, is appealing the Planning Commission's decision to approve a Planned Development petition (PLNPCM2021-00656) and Preliminary Plat (PLNSUB2021-01175) at the above-stated address. The subject property is located in the SR-1 (Special Development Pattern Residential) District and within Council District 3, represented by Chris Wharton.
