Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting February 13, 2024.
2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) March & April 2024.
3. Discuss fiscal year 2023-2024 Budget
4. PEHP Open enrollment 2023-2024 Insurance Premiums approval from board.
5. Utah NAHRO Conference April 23-25
6. SGHA 5 Year plan is due this year. Public Hearing April 30th 5 pm.
7. Discuss 2024-2025 SGHA new budget. Approval, Public Hearing May 14, 2024.
8. (15) DSM units have been re-piped with flex. CAP Funds
9. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM.
10. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George
