Public Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Midvale Canal Trail Final Design RFP# MID24-131 Department: Community Development Start Date: April 4, 2024, at 10:00am MDT Q&A Close Date: April 18, 2024, at 3:00pm MDT Close Date: April 25, 2024, at 3:00pm MDT MIDVALE CITY PUBLIC NOTICE: Midvale City is requesting written Proposals from qualified Bidders to complete a final design for the first phase of the Jordan and Salt Lake City Canal Trail. Midvale City currently has funding for the design and construction of a segment of trail along the Jordan and Salt Lake City Canal from 7800 S to 7500 S, adjacent to Midvalley Elementary School. Midvale City intends to contract with a consultant to perform final design services for this 7800 S to 7500 S phase of the trail network with the option of extending the contract for design of future phases of the trail at the discretion of Midvale City, as additional funds are secured. RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals will only be accepted when submitted electronically to U3P Utah Public Procurement Place at: https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin?CustOrg=StateOfUtah no later than Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 3:00pm (MST)
