- NOTICE OF A VINEYARD YOUTH COUNCIL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING April 4, 2024 @6:30 _______________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Youth Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER City Youth Mayor Kensey Scott will call the meeting to order. 2. BUSINESS ITEMS 2.1 DISCUSSION AND ACTION - monthly budget review 2.2 DISCUSSION AND ACTION - sweatshirts 2.3 DISCUSSION AND ACTION- Review leadership conferences, Bunny Drop, and 5k 2.4 DISCUSSION AND ACTION- D&D event 2.5 DISCUSSION AND ACTION- Drive in movie 2.6 DISCUSSION AND ACTION- Mental Health Night 2.7 DISCUSSION AND ACTION- Garden Idea 3. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS (TBD) 4.
