- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on April 2, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-13: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7-9-104 AND 7-9-105 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADD OR CHANGE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR SEVERAL LAND USES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
