Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. Approval of Minutes for March 7,2024 Attachments: March 7th Minutes - Draft Public Forum BUSINESS Public Hearing on the Water Ordinance The purpose of the public hearing is to get public input on an amendment to the Water Ordinance. The amendment will be that the commission will review applications for a water connection. Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for a new home for Ron and Mary Reid located at approximately 746 N 470 E in 4B Subdivision Lot 16 Parcel #39.284.0016 Attachments: Reid Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for garage and home addition for Daren Oberg located at 14 S 600 E Parcel #29.035.0028 Attachments: Oberg Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a subdivision preliminary plat for the Mecham Meadows subdivision. located at approximately 460 West and 600 South Parcel #29.034.0107 Attachments: UPDATED Mecham Meadows Subdivision Preliminary Plat Discussion with Mike Hansen from Rural Community Consultants regarding updates to the subdivision ordinance Discussion and possible action on proposed amendments to the water ordinance Attachments: Red-lined Water Ordinance Commission Comments Motion to adjourn
