SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, April 16, 2024, a public meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance that would amend the zoning of properties located at approximately 2760, 2800, and 2828 North 2200 West from AG-2 (Agricultural District) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing District). The proposal includes properties of approximately 14.33 acres. Plans for future development were not submitted with these applications. Consideration may be given to rezoning the properties to another zoning district with similar characteristics. The project is within Council District 1. Petitioner: Will Channell with OCC Industrial, who is under contract for the properties. Petition No.: PLNPCM2022-00699, PLNPCM2022-00700 and PLNPCM2022-00701 All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. This meeting will be held via electronic means, while also providing an in-person opportunity to attend or participate in the hearing at the City and County Building, located at 451 South State Street, Room 315, Salt Lake City, Utah.
