Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Best Western for property located at approximately 1025 S Main Street from CU1 (Combined Use 1) to HC1 (Highway Commercial 1). A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Lisa Brough (435) 623-0822.
