NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 5:00 p.m. 1) 5:00-5:10 p.m. Address Public Comments 2) Oath of Office to new School Resource Officer - Kris Sorenson 3) Discuss and Possible Approval of new Police Vehicle – Chief Trent Halliday 4) Report Regarding Status of Water Infrastructure Upgrades 5) Discussion Regarding Development of Five-Year Master Plan for Water Infrastructure Upgrades 6) Review City Purchasing Policies and Personnel Policies 7) Discuss Management Issues, Prioritization of Tasks, and Explore Administrative Solutions 8) Review Upcoming Civic Activities and Preparations for Holiday Season 9) Develop Management Plan for Street Clean-Up 10) Discuss Economic Development Goals and Support of Possible Marketing Campaigns in Coordination with Business Association – Report Success of Halloween Pool Party and other Civic Halloween activities 11) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, September 21, 2011, Open and Closed Sessions, Wednesday, October 5, 2011 Open and Closed Sessions and Wednesday, October 19, Open Session 12) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 13) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustment 14) Closed Session 15) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
