CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA April 3, 2024 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: Approve March 6, 2024 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Marty and Sandi would like to get zoning approval for a building permit to build a home on property in Cleveland Town. 2. Guy and Kelli Larsen would like to get zoning approval for a building permit to install a modular home on property in Cleveland Town. 3. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on May 1, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W.
