REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB) - COMPETITIVE SEALED BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SEAL COATING ROADS.
DOCUMENT SUMMARY:
Mayfield Town is seeking Competitive Sealed Bids (CSB) for the procurement of seal-coating roads. The TOWN will select one (1) Supplier to provide equipment, materials, and labor for the project as outlined in this request.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Mayfield Town is seeking to seal coat and chip seal approximately 1.844 Miles (20,318 sq yds) of road per the following locations as noted: 2nd West to Main Street, and East Order (except Order Road). Mayfield Town requires suppliers to provide services that meet or exceeds all current state and federal standards.
