- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2024, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the public hearing is to establish an Appeal Authority for Hooper City. All interested parties are invited to attend.
