RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2024 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South to hear following item(s): 1. Lita's House Child Development Center, PLZ-24-2013, a conditional use application for a home preschool located at 4763 West Salish Circle. Applicant - Ariadna Crockett 2. Little Treeschool, PLZ-24-2012, a conditional use application for a home preschool located at 3024 West Desert Rose Dr. Applicant - Brendalyn Embley 3. The Children's Villa, PLZ-24-2006, a conditional use application for a home preschool located at 3558 West New Private Drive. Applicant - Robyn Mons 4. Molett CUP, PLZ-24-2011, a conditional use permit for parallel fencing located at 4473 West Sacajawea Street. Applicant - James Molett This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
